call center traveloka  This study uses the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) method with the aim of assessing and analyzing the direct and indirect effects of performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, behavioral intention and facilitating conditions on use behavior with behavioral intention as an intervening variable. Data in this study were collected through questionnaires which were distributed using the Google form link via social media. Based on the distribution of the questionnaire, a sample of 169 active undergraduate accounting students was taken from FEB UGM. The results of collecting respondents were then analyzed using path analysis.  eLOK is a website-based online learning media used by the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Gadjah Mada. Problems found in the eLOK application, including human factors and feature (tool) weaknesses. So, it is necessary to evaluate the UGM eLOK information system. With the evaluation, UGM will be able to understand how the level of effectiveness of a system is used.
